This policy applies to you if you (i) have registered to become or (ii) are a member of our club, (iii) are the parent or guardian of a junior member, or (v) have registered a child as a pool guest or (vi) have subscribed to our announcements newsletter (CyberCrud) or (vii) have applied to to the SASAC lottery. It explains how we comply with the law on data protection, and what your rights are. For the purposes of data protection, we will be the controller of any of your personal information.

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time but if you do not provide us with the requested personal information, or if you withdraw your consent to use your information, we may not be able to admit you as a member or we may have to terminate your membership.
All emails sent by the system contain a tracking pixel. This is used to track whether each email has been opened by the recipient, and when. This information can be viewed by those users of the system with permission to view email delivery reports. We do not display any information regarding the location of the recipient. Note that the tracking pixel is only activated if the recipient chooses to download images into their email client.
We, St Albans Sub-Aqua Club, make use of the myClubhouse software supplied by Simmetrics Ltd to process personal data we include on our myClubhouse website in accordance with our privacy policy set out above. Simmetrics Ltd processes your personal data on our behalf and they can only do so in accordance with our written instructions.
